TO ALL PARTICIPANTS
Due to the Coronavirus COVID-19, Virginia Governor Northam has issued a stay at home order. Because of this, SRHA will be implementing the following effective immediately.
The office will be completely closed to the public. Applications will be posted on the door but there will be no doorbell and staff will not be letting anyone enter for any reason. We will conduct business by phone as efficiently as possible.
Anything that we have scheduled with you during this time period will be rescheduled.
Maintenance will NOT be completing any work orders unless they are determined to be emergencies.
There will be a black lock box installed to the right of the entrance door at the main office. DO NOT PUT MONEY IN THIS, it is only for paperwork. Staff will be checking the box daily. Your paperwork must be placed in an envelope with your name and address on it. If you have make a payment for any reason, it must be mailed to the main office.
This is uncharted territory for us all and we will continue to do business as efficiently as we possibly can while keeping your families and ours as safe as possible. PLEASE BE PATIENT DURING THIS TIME.
All overnight guests are to be reported to the office by the tenant. You have 14 days a year that a guest can stay overnight. If you have any questions about this, please contact the office.
Tenants are to have their parking pass hanging in their car where it is visible. Visitors of tenants are to have your visitor parking pass in their car when visiting. Staff will be monitoring this. Tenants will receive a lease violation and cars will be towed.
A no trespassing list is available at all times through the office. It is your responsibility to make sure you read through the list and make sure your guests are not on it. If they are, you will receive a lease violation.
