PROJECT BASED VOUCHER (PBV) PROGRAM
The Project Based Voucher (PBV) program is the newest program offered by the SRHA. Qualified applicants will receive a voucher that is specifically tied to a particular apartment building. Currently, we have units with Mountain Laurel III and another property being built that will be managed by GEM Management.
IMPORTANT: This program currently only offers 2- and 3-bedroom units. A single-person household would typically not qualify for a 2-bedroom (or larger) unit without medical documentation stating why the single person would require a larger unit.
