APPLY ONLINE USING OUR APPLICANT PORTAL
If you wish to apply for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program or the Project Based Voucher (PBV) program, you are now required to visit our online portal and complete the application process online. Paper applications are no longer available for these programs unless you require a reasonable accommodation in order to access the application. You will need a valid email address to apply using this method.
IMPORTANT: We cannot yet accept applications for the Multifamily Program through the online portal. This is due to a software issue. We are working to fix this problem, and we will update the website as soon as possible. If you wish to apply for the Multifamily Apartments, please use the PDF application listed below or pick up a paper application at our office.

Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click on "Click here to register."
Choose whether you do or do not have a registration code. A code is not required to apply.
Fill out the information to complete creation of your account, then log in.
APPLY FOR MULTIFAMILY APARTMENTS
If you want to apply for our multifamily apartments at Elizabeth Miller Gardens and Farrier Court, you may pick up an application from our office, either from inside or from the box on the brick wall outside the front doors. Alternatively, clicking the green button below will download a PDF file that you are able to fill out on your phone or computer. You may also print the application and fill it out by hand. Once you have completed the application, you may do one of the following:
Hand it in to someone at our office, or place it in the black drop box outside our front doors
Email it to ahoward@stauntonrha.org
