The Staunton Redevelopment and Housing Authority
(SRHA) is requesting proposals from owners and developers for up to fifteen
(15) Project-Based Vouchers for newly constructed or rehabilitated rental
housing in the City of Staunton or Augusta County (RFP No. 2026-PBV-01). To

normal business hours, Tuesday-Friday 8:00am-11:00am and 1:00pm-5:00pm or by downloading the PDF file below.
Proposals must be received by 5:00pm on 11/20/2026. Participation requires
